Liya is a digital education strategist from the experimental Strelka institute for media, architecture and design in Moscow, Russia. Strelka is simultaneously non-profit and commercial, utopian and practical, Russian and international. The institute has become a laboratory for generating knowledge and new ideas - from international and interdisciplinary network, an engaged part of the general public and a professional practice closely connected to power. When these elements cross-pollinate they produce a kind of work that can only occur at Strelka.
